Do you take custom orders?

Probably, no. Custom pieces in ceramics can be unpredictable. While I'll do everything I can to create something perfect, the nature of ceramics means outcomes can vary. If you're interested, we can talk about your ideas. Remember that creating one custom piece may require making 2 to 3 versions to ensure quality. Alternatively, if you've seen something I've made before and want a similar piece with minor adjustments, like changing a red dragon to blue, I'd love to accommodate your request!

How do I care for my work?

While I aim for everyday functionality, remember they're handmade artwork! Unlike mass-produced ceramics, my pieces hold up for generations without peeling or fading. But remember, most mass-produced pieces won’t have as many details or attachments!

To maintain longevity, hand-wash gently and avoid pouring boiling water directly into a piece to prevent thermal shocks from drastic temperature changes. While most pieces are microwave and dishwasher-safe, those with mother-of-pearl or gold iridescent luster are not. Feel free to reach out if you need clarification; I'm happy to answer any questions!

Packaging?

I pack each item carefully to ensure its safe arrival using recyclable packaging materials! If you get plastic material in your box, these materials were from other packages or donated to me and are being reused! As an avid environmentalist, I ask you to please reuse or recycle all packaging material to the best of your ability as well.

Exchanges & Returns?

Handmade with care: Each piece is unique, with customizations and nuances. While I invest a lot of effort into crafting them, I can’t handle whimsical exchanges or returns due to shipping costs and risks. To avoid returns, I photograph everything in bright natural light. Keep in mind glaze colors may differ in dim artificial lighting. Your happiness is important to me! Please reach out if you have any questions. 😊

Can I shop in person?

Possibly! You won’t likely be able to find a specific piece this way, but I do attend a few local events and have work in some shops.
